This podcast features a conversation with Isabelle Steichen, the co-founder and CEO of Lupii.  Isabelle grew up in Luxembourg and moved to the US in 2013. She transitioned to a plant-based diet at the same time, driven by ethical, environmental, and health reasons. Since moving to NYC, Isabelle worked closely with founding teams for various early stage VC backed startups in the food and tech space. As a long time passionate vegan, certified in plant-based nutrition from e-Cornell, as well as the creator of the Plantiful Podcast, she is now combining her startup background with her desire to spread plant based eating with her new business Lupii
