He is the founder of Plantega, a platform that brings better food options to everyday spaces across New York City, and the host of the Eat For The Planet Podcast, where he speaks with founders, investors, and thought leaders driving the transformation of our food system.
Nil has built and scaled purpose-driven ventures, advised startups and nonprofits, and led multidisciplinary teams across brand, content, communications, and strategic growth. He is the author of two books on food system transformation, including a collaborative cookbook, and is recognized for his ability to translate complex ideas into narratives that drive awareness and action.
Before focusing on food systems and sustainability, Nil worked in digital advertising and consulting, and began his career as an intellectual property lawyer.
