He is the founder of Plantega, a platform that brings better food options to everyday spaces across New York City, and Co-Founder and COO of Crossover Meats, a food company leading the smarter meat category with products that deliver more protein, half the environmental footprint at an accessible price point. He also hosts the Eat For The Planet Podcast, where he speaks with founders, investors, and thought leaders driving the transformation of our food system.

Nil has built and scaled purpose-driven ventures, advised startups and nonprofits, and led multidisciplinary teams across brand, content, communications, and strategic growth. He is the author of two books on food sustainability and is recognized for his ability to translate complex ideas into narratives that drive awareness and action.
