About Alison Rabschnuk

Alison Rabshnuk leads the Corporate Engagement department at the Good Food Institute (GFI) and advises some of the world’s largest food companies, restaurants, and retailers on business opportunities in the rapidly evolving fields of plant-based and cultivated meat, eggs, and dairy. Alison brings 25 years of advertising, marketing, and sales experience to GFI working with brands including Taco Bell, Levi Strauss, Gap, Kiplinger’s, and Parents magazine. She was the founder of a marketing consultancy that she ran for 17 years working with General Mills, BET, Time Inc., NBC Universal, and Gourmet Ads. She is a graduate of Wellesley College.

GFI’s Corporate Engagement team works with food manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies to offer no-cost services including market research, consumer insights, marketing best practices, retailer and foodservice consultations, science and technology updates, policy briefings, white space opportunities, briefings on cultivated meat technology, as well as connections and introductions.
